My favourite BP album to date. Is it derivative - possibly, is it simply good programming or good musicianship -who cares. The second half of Partitions (and Ampule) is amazingly catchy Berlin School. Love it.

very interesting "Minimal Berlin School" type of music... not much melody in there but RAWWW analogue feeling with BIG atmosphere. Hard to describe actually but I'd say this type of music makes a very hypnotic background ambiance. Great for fans of early Virgin years TD type of music.
